LEVEL increasing Boston service

LEVEL, a Spanish low-cost carrier, has announced its intention to increase service on the Boston to Barcelona route for the summer of 2020. As of March 29, 2020, the airline plans to increase the service from 3 weekly to 4 weekly. It is great to see that the route is doing well for the airline and the subsequent increase in service. Frontier adds Miami

Frontier Airlines has announced a new route from Boston Logan Airport to Miami International Airport. Beginning November 15, 2019, the airline will fly an Airbus A320, 4 times weekly between the two airports. As of December 6, 2019, the airline will reduce the route to 3 times weekly. This will be Frontier's fourth route from Boston Logan Airport, with the other routes being to Orlando, Raleigh Durham, and Denver. In addition, Frontier will be the third airline to serve the Boston to Miami sector in addition to American Airlines and Delta Airline's recent announcement of service between the two cities. Lufthansa to use A380 on Boston Route

Recently, Lufthansa has announced that it intends bringing Airbus A380 service to Boston. As of March 29, 2020, Lufthansa will replace the Airbus A340-600 with an Airbus A380-800 on the Boston to Munich route on a daily basis. This is a massive increase in capacity for the route as it will go from 281 seats on the Airbus A340-600 to 509 seats on the Airbus A380. Lufthansa will become the third airline to utilize the Airbus A380 on routes to Boston, with the other two being British Airways and Emirates. Great news for Boston Logan Airport!
