American Airlines adding service to Grand Cayman and Nassau

American Airlines has announced 2 new seasonal services from Boston Logan Airport. The airline intends on launching a once-weekly service on Saturdays from Boston to Grand Cayman and Nassau, Bahamas. Both of these routes will launch January 11, 2020, and will be operated on Boeing 737-800. Interestingly, both of these routes were previously operated by US Airways until 2010, which was later acquired by American Airlines. Good luck to American Airways on their new routes! Cape Air adds service to Portland

A small addition, however, notable. Cape Air has announced its intentions to launch service from Boston to Portland, Maine. The airline plans to offer 4 daily flights on its 9-seat Cessna 402 aircraft. Due to Cape Air's codeshare with JetBlue Airways, this will allow for additional connection opportunities through Boston Logan to the world. Source:  www.routesonline.com

The airline intends on offering service to London-Gatwick Airport on a daily basis on its Boeing 757-200 beginning May 21, 2020. The flight will depart Boston Logan at 21:00 and will arrive in London at 08:45 the next day. The return flight will depart London at 10:30 and arrive in Boston at 13:20. In addition, Delta will offer seasonal service to Manchester, United Kingdom, on its Boeing 757-200 beginning May 21, 2020. The flight will depart Boston at 22:00 and arrive in Manchester at 09:30. The return flight will depart Manchester at 11:30 and arrive in Boston at 14:00.
